•	Integrated 3rd party lead management system with existing loan origination systems to ensure data capture and transfer between systems – eliminating need for Sales teams to enter data into separate systems.  
•	Drive all aspects of lead management including reporting, lead distribution, lead prioritization, campaign management, and prioritization of lead management system enhancements.
•	Responsible for all testing and implementation of 3rd party lead management enhancements including training, roll-out and demonstration of features for Sales teams, investors and partners.

Business Analytics
•	Create new and innovative reporting tools to understand strategic drivers including conversion rates, sales ranking, products, risk factors, and marketing channels for Production and Servicing.
•	Partner with executive sales leadership to understand strategies and align reporting and analytics to understand overall effectiveness.
•	Manage lead distribution, prioritization, and analytics to optimize lead conversion and drive Sales performance. 

Project Management
•	Successfully implemented multiple Sales systems by collaborating with IT, Marketing, Legal and Risk partners.
•	Prioritize projects and appropriately allocated resources to highest priority strategies / projects. 
•	Develop and implement project management tools to enable teams to meet implementation dates.

Business Partnerships
•	Manage front-line support for Sales and Marketing campaign roll-out.
•	Manage dialer call distribution, reporting and prioritization for Sales teams in Direct Sales Call Center.
•	Align with Servicing partners to drive qualified leads from existing mortgage customers to our Sales teams.
