Suppliers in the Agile Customization space have some of the most challenging problems in Supply-chain. You're probably asking yourself, what is Agile Customization? That's a fair question...

Agile Customization is one of the fastest growing segments of Supply-chain where consumer brands customize the manufacturing and packaging of their products in the last-mile to appeal to specific regions and/or events. For example, imagine the Toronto Maple Leafs actually make it to the Stanley Cup finals, a brand like Mars or Budweiser may want to create special promos to align with this historic, once in a lifetime, event. This may require customizing their packaging to include the Leafs' logo next to a Stanley Cup. The challenge is that there is only a specific region (Leafs Nation) and a short window where this is relevant. Therefore, the lead time required to coordinate design, orders, labor and materials, while minimizing waste is very challenging and requires the supplier to be very agile. 

This is where Nulogy and I come in. I work closely with our clients to help understand the unique details of their business processes in order to recommend and demonstrate solutions and value.
