My why is to improve the lives of others who are interested in getting better. I believe inherently that people are good. No one shows up to work and thinks, “I can’t wait to underachieve today”. As leaders, we need to show our teammates how to achieve goals, both shared and individual. My favorite part of the day is learning about others and watching people succeed using their ideas. I believe the three most important things to do everyday are: 1. Be Kind 2. Challenge the Status Quo 3. Have Fun My unique military experience and training combined with my focus on self-improvement enable me to connect with people of all backgrounds, get to the root of issues, and help teams come up with solutions that work for the greater good. I love the United States 🇺🇸 and the Air Force and am proud to serve on Active Duty.
