Throughout my career, I demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-impact through measurable results to wholeheartedly exceed business objectives with integrity. My experience spans across multiple industries, including international SaaS Sales, Telecom, and even Portable Power Solutions. In those industries I’ve had the most fun discovering a deeper understanding of customer buying behavior through listening and asking better questions (it’s always surprising what people will tell you if you have the courage to ask), clarifying and optimizing messaging at the executive level, and fully utilizing the right tech stack (turning sellers into Tony Stark). In my current role as a Strategic Enterprise Business Development Manager at Spectrum Enterprise, I am responsible for leading one of the best BDR teams in the world (for reference, that’s them dumping ice on me for crushing their number above) and to drive new qualified opportunities into Strategic accounts. Today more than ever - I’m passionate about staying up-to-date and training my team on the current trends and technologies because things are moving faster than ever in the market. To do that, my focus for myself and my team is full tech stack adoption (Tech Powered Sales - Tony Hughes/Justin Michael), training on tactical empathy and collaborative negotiation for internal and external conversations (FBI Hostage Negotiation - Chris Voss and the Black Swan Group), and better leadership of people through a focus on the mental health of the rep and finding the numbers that actually matter to sales (Cracking the Sales Management Code - Jason Jordan)
