Senior Executive at Ensono Digital, a global digital consultancy offering Digital Strategy, Cloud Native development, Microservices application development, IdAM consulting and implementations, Data Platform development, and many other digital services. My experience has driven my passion for transforming organizations in ways that drive results for key stakeholders, mainly through the use of technology. I start by understanding the customer, building revenue pipeline, and hiring great operators to deliver excellence. Essentially, I lead teams that leverage artificial intelligence and emerging technology to connect customers to solutions that improve the way people interact with each other. I joined Ensono Digital through an acquisition of the company I founded, AndPlus, a Digital Transformation and Cloud-Native product development firm. I currently have P&L and executive leadership responsibilities for Ensono Digital’s North American delivery and go-to-market teams. I hold both a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and an M.S. in Information Technology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. I also strive to be an active member of my community by serving as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Worcester Polytechnic Institute while regularly advising and mentoring young entrepreneurs there, and also serving as a Board Member of a number of non-profit organizations, such as the EcoTarium and the Greater Boston Food Bank. I live in central Massachusetts with my wife and two children, sneaking out periodically in pursuit of my goal to be a scratch golfer.
