In 2023, we saw strong growth in website traffic and engagement across key areas:

Total website traffic increased 17% year-over-year.
Organic traffic to clinical information pages grew 22% compared to 2022.
Traffic to our online community increased 9% versus the prior year.
Donation related page organic traffic rose 36% year-over-year.
Legacy related page organic traffic jumped 135% compared to 2022.
Overall domain visibility and click share improved compared to the previous year.

As SEO Manager I oversaw everything organic related at Vitabiotics, I also managed all the Digital PR side of things working with publishers such as the Daily Mail.

One of my main aims when I arrived was to increase the amount of non-branded traffic and since January 2021, we had managed to go from 21.89% to 40.19% by focusing outreach on these areas, improving current on site content, and creating new informative content around these topics. Another aim was to increase our UK based organic traffic / sales which we did in 2020 by improving sessions YoY by 82% and revenue YoY by 67%.

At Quick Mobile Fix I oversaw the design of the website (which was awarded best new website by Web User Magazine in 2014) and continue to help with the development of the website (www.quickmobilefix.com) I work on many different aspects of the company, such as looking after all the social media campaigns, online/offline marketing and advertising campaigns, SEO, business development (worked with companies like Just Eat, Mercedes, Mama & Papas & Formula One), expansion development, recruitment, customer service processes and ordering processes. I also have to frequently report to the founder of the business to discuss the different issues relating to my role. We are also a recent #SBS Winner, which was selected by Theo Paphitis. Since launching I been quoted by several media sources such as the BBC, What Mobile&  Wordstream. I manage all Google programmes such as Google Analytics,Google Merchant Centre & Google Adwords (including Googe Shops) making sure we are seen and for the best possible price and improving conversion rates.For Google Adwords I'm in charge of a substantial budget and must ensure we meet our targets on a daily basis. In our first year, Quick Mobile Fix were in the top 1% of companies on Shopify based on our sales and website traffic compared to other companies launched at a similar time. After just over a year in operation we got voted second best mobile device repair service in the UK in the What Mobile Awards 2015. From July 2015 to March 2016 revenue grew by 313% and organic traffic has continued to steadily rise since launch, in fact, in the last 2 year myself and my team have worked hard to make us appear on page one of Google on a large number of key searches, organic traffic has more than tripled and we are now in the top 50,000 in the world based on website traffic (Source: Alexa)

After coming up with the idea of UNIsorted at University, I spent a few years developing the idea and business plan. I then moved to Manchester and started the business with my business partner (Anthony Horn).

I have already carried out many different tasks and have learnt new skills and developed my current skill set.

- Public Speaking (I have been on radio and have spoke at different networking events. We have also had stalls at the different Universities, so this included talking to both students and members of staff)

- Idea Creation (I came up with the name of the company and logo design. Also I have had a big impact in the website and marketing materials design process.)

- Mentoring (We have been to various University events, mentoring students in different projects.)

- Management (We had many different interns which I have managed and delegated different job roles and tasks to.)

- Sales (It was part of my role to sell our advertising space and other services we offer.)

- B2B Relationships (It was a big part of UNIsorted to build strong B2B partnerships. We created strong relationships with both national and local businesses. Including the likes of HMV, Stagecoach, Manchester Cars and Hungryhouse)

- PR (We were featured in the MEN newspaper and have been on BBC Radio and I dealt with all press matters for UNIsorted.)

- Social Media (We had a very strong social media presence and it was part of my job to increase our presence online.)

- Marketing (This involves being involved in the design process (Using programs like Photoshop & Gimp) and the distribution and involves all the different forms of marketing from direct to in direct.)

During the early stages I was involved in re branding the card and business development, this involved working with the likes of Visit Manchester & Visit Britain. After the launch of the card, it was my job to develop successful marketing campaigns, push for sales and continue building business relationships. My role includes creating website and promotional material designs on Photoshop, writing blogs, dealing with the social networks. At Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey Club I was part of the social media and marketing team. I reported directly to the MD and attended weekly team meetings to discuss the club's growth. • My biggest achievement during this job was increasing their online audience significantly for example on Facebook I increased the numbers from 600 to over 2,000 in just a year and on Twitter it went from 300 to 800 in one season which overall boosted ticket and merchandise sales.
