I’m on a mission to improve the mental health of 1,000,000 people worldwide 🧠 Whilst at university I suffered from suicidal depression. Someone advised me to go to therapy with a wonderful counsellor called Betty, whom I owe my life to. Heartbreakingly, Betty passed away shortly after I finished therapy, and since then I have made it my mission to pay it forward and have been an advocate for the person-to-person therapy process. I graduated First Class from Buckingham Business School, and joined the founding team of an HR tech start-up in London, which grew rapidly to the point of an 8-figure exit in 2019. This experience taught me that that technology solutions can improve processes people did not question before. With Mind Data I want to bring my life experiences together by addressing some of the challenges I experienced with the traditional therapy process, and offering a disruptive solution to the mental health space. I am on a personal mission to improve the mental health of one million people.
