I am the founder of Judicious, Inc. - a marketing agency that excels in search engine optimization (SEO) and blog/webpage content creation. We love getting our hands dirty! - Sean Work’s Story - My entrepreneurial itch began in college when I decided to create an online skateboard shop. When the recession of 2000 came, I figured the skate shop would be my job after college because no one was hiring engineers (I was studying mechanical and aerospace engineering). As luck would have it, I got a call from Boeing right before I was going to set off on a 2-month long road trip and the HR department asked if I wanted a job. I said “sure!” and told them I’d be able to start in 2 months :). I was a structural engineer at Boeing where I contributed to the on-orbit assembly of the International Space Station and the Space Shuttle Return to Flight Program. Now, I didn’t get rid of the online skateboard shop. I kept that going and even opened up a shop down the street from the Boeing facility. Running the online shop honed my search engine optimization and internet marketing skills. Eventually, I found myself doing so much internet marketing consulting that I got whisked up by a web analytics company called Kissmetrics and their sister company, Crazy Egg. In 2017, I set off to focus on Judicious, Inc. full time and we just opened up a new office in Orange, CA as of December 2020.
