Since working in Digital Marketing I have had experience working in different sectors including B2C, B2B, and E-Commerce. In December 2017, I transitioned from working as a Digital Marketing Apprentice to a Marketing Executive, moving from e-commerce to an agency-based environment. I was responsible for carrying out a variety of client's ongoing monthly activity, including on-page and off-page SEO. On a daily basis, my responsibilities included communicating with clients via phone and email with requests and updates regarding their monthly activity. I have been heavily involved with carrying out clients on-going SEO activity which includes content optimisation, local SEO, blogging, schema markup, internal linking, site restructuring, meta creation, and reporting amongst others. I then moved on to work as an SEO Executive at Marketing Signals where I worked on a range of clients conducting link audits, producing monthly performance reports, and carrying out monthly SEO activity. I also performed technical SEO audits that helped to identify on-page and off-page opportunities in order to plan out SEO activity and provide clients with month on month results as part of the campaign. I currently work as an SEO account manager for Embryo, a full service digital marketing agency based in Manchester. I manage and execute the ongoing delivery of organic strategies and campaigns which I produce for clients to help them achieve their business goals. I manage over 20+ clients which range from multi-million pound companies to SME’s, all of which operate in a variety of industries such as the crypto, finance, e-commerce, construction, hospitality and insurance.
