Corporate entrepreneur, start-up mentor and investor. Bridging the gap between tech nerd and business management. I built up innovation ecosystems and worked as an intrapreneur in 3 different verticals - construction, pharma/electronics, automotive. Since 2010, I successfully transitioned small, medium and large enterprises to agile innovation with lean startup concepts and created 50+ in-house startups. That means: Turning ideas into business concepts, doing market/user research, and pitching to C level for funding and team. When my pitch cleared, I assembled teams and started executing - prototypes, pilots, go-to-market - zero to one. 2 internal exits (B2B Supply Chain Solution + Digital Advertising for Fleets) and multiple failed attempts. Worked with a wide variety of technologies, from enterprise software over 3D printing to autotech, and emerging frontier technologies (Blockchain, AI, ML). In 2017, I started investing. Worked with 3 venture capital funds and mentored founders with different accelerators. Currently, I am working with the Schaeffler CVC team, sourcing start-ups and managing deal flow for investments, partnerships or venture clienting. Focus: Deep Tech, Hardtech, Robotics and B2B software. In my spare time I am still building and tinkering. Always excited to talk with brilliant minds and get to know fellow founders or investors.
