The brand name “Oser” is the French word for “dare” or “To be brave enough to do something”.  This name is born from my passion to explore the world, but also from my passion for the country of France. Not only the croissants, wine and bread but also the French nature (Alps, Pyrenees, Vosges, Atlantic Coast and many other places).

With more than 500,000 visitors per month, Leadingcourses.com is the number one booking platform for golf courses in Europe. These 500,000 visitors result in a huge amount of data. As a genuine Growth Hacker, I analyze this data to make data-driven marketing and development decisions. Besides that, I am responsible for implementing marketing tools, different marketing channels and product development.

For MAJI Water Storage Ltd., a joint venture by Genap B.V. and Irrico International, we did a consultancy project. During this project, we stayed in Kenya for six weeks to research the barriers and enablers to enter the East-African market with a new innovative water storage tank. In the end, we delivered a full consultancy report and an updated business plan. Our report was graded with an 8.7!

My name is Sebas and in 2019 I made a big step from the world of Sustainability to the world of Growth Hacking (yes, sounds like opposites). Currently, I am working at Dapper, THE growth hacking agency from Rotterdam.

As part of a team of excellent Growth Hackers, my main focus is; creating and executing growth strategies for clients, implementing measurement plans, and analyzing data to make data-driven marketing and development decisions.

Even though growth hacking and my passion for sustainability seem to be a strange combination, I think they can be perfectly combined to make every company grow fast and future-proof.
