Through my experiences so far, I have learnt that integrity and perseverance are my most valuable attributes. Not just for achieving personal goals, but certainly also in business. These, together with my genuine interest, are ideal traits to help me to fulfil my ambition: to hold accountability for the commercial activities of an international organization. To achieve this ambition, completing the bachelor's degree SPECO Sport Marketing has been an important step. During my studies, I spent a lot of time on personal development, such as volunteering as a board member at RKSV Halsteren. At this football club, I took my first commercial steps, which I continued as chairman of the Business Club. That was a great opportunity to gain my first experience as a team leader! My trip to Australia in 2018 also tremendously helped me in my personal development. In three months travelling alone, I got to know other cultures and made international friends. I also grew a lot in terms of independence during that period. That independence came in handy immediately in my first work experience at YoungCapital. In 2018, I started as Sales Recruiter SME, I grew to Senior Sales Recruiter and in 2021, YoungCapital gave me the chance to fulfil one of my dreams: living and working abroad! As Account Manager for our Berlin branch, I was responsible for both cold acquisition and relationship management. After almost five years I left YoungCapital and since April 2023 I have been reinforcing Picturae Germany in the role of Account Manager. A great opportunity to develop myself further and to contribute to setting up Picturae's German organisation - and keep helping it grow.
