● Launched a new scrum team (15 members) at Aktana with the objective to conceptualize, design, and build a SaaS  platform that enables Aktana internal and external teams to utilize a microservice infrastructure to create and monitor applications and services in a scalable way 
● Conceptualized and launched a Design Component Library that enabled a 75% increase in productivity for Aktana’s scrum teams 
● Implemented a Feature Flagging Framework that decreased the cost of customer releases by more than 50% as well reduced release issues by more than 35% 
● Launched the first version of Aktana’s SaaS platform that made it possible to access Aktana’s product lines through a secure, standardized, and flexible portal access 
● Re-launched an updated User Management system that allowed centralized management of all user personas that were interacting with the Aktana product lines 
● Launched the first conceptual prototype for API Gateway, with the goal to provide infrastructure to connect Aktana’s data layer in a scalable way with end user services 
● Built multi-year roadmap for Aktana’s SaaS Platform that was estimated to generate more than $10 Million in revenue by 2023

● Launched new cross - product line capabilities within Aktana’s Control Panel application that focused on the ability to make Aktana’s product capabilities self-serviceable for customers and service providers to increase a projects’ deployment and operational management cost by more than 30% 
● Conceptualised, designed, and launched new version management system that allowed Configuration activities to be managed more successful and efficiently, reducing the deployment costs by more than 20% 
● Successfully implemented the first new iteration of the Control Panel’s Simulation capabilities that enabled an eligible user to better evaluate strategic outcomes of the set up 
● Conceptualised and tested new product line for Field Force User Personas that would dramatically streamline HQ - Marketing - Field Force interactions and collaboration (put on hold due to budget cuts)

● Successfully launched Aktana’s first two product lines for the pharmaceutical Field Force user personas (Rep and District Manager applications) in all four global markets of Aktana that could accessed through stand alone applications or CRM integrations 
● Successfully managed the Control Panel product, that is the foundation for any Aktana customer project. 
● Launched two major product iterations in 2016 and 2019 
● Lead user research sessions for multiple product lines with international user groups and presented final product proposal to Aktana’s management team, with successful sign off
