Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I am an author (HR Reinvented, Springer Gabler 2025) and Honorary Professor of HRM, focusing on entrepreneurship, digital transformation, HR strategy and sustainable leadership. I regularly publish and speak on topics such as driving change, enabling sustainable performance management, and co-determination & leadership in a tech-driven business world.
