The Clever Forever Education AG is a Swiss start-up company in the area of educational technology which develops CatnClever, a highly innovative edutainment software for preschool children. 
We are based in St. Gallen, and we are parents who are passionate about child-friendly learning! We cooperate with experts in pedagogics, e-learning, gamified learning, personalised learning and audiovisual play design.
We are convinced that digital learning will increasingly be part of upbringing in the future and will support the education of our children. That is why we think that a sensitive entry into the digital world is immensely important.
Our love for art and music has a great influence on the design of the app and is one of our success factors - in addition to the media-pedagogical concept.

Ensure the large-scale distributed system meets all organizational standards of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility. 
Work with the operations team so that the production environment meets all end-user expectations of performance and stability.
Collaborate with lead engineers to define the software development context including technology strategies, development workflows and software engineering standards.
Oversee implementation process of several teams with over 40 software engineers which are distributed across Europe and Asia. Provide technical leadership, guidance and coaching.

Part of and eventually technical lead of a small team that produces reference implementations and maintains a set of core libraries. 
Includes producing clean code, technical investigations, trouble shooting, developer support, writing technical documentation, planning and executing developer education sessions, presentations, test automation, build and deployment automation, all Scrum roles.
Active part of the UBS Developer Community. Occasionally organising and running community meetings and workshops.
