Lead the data & analytics account for smart Europe, working alongside the Head of Data to lay the foundations for data-driven decisions across the customer experience and the business as they release their new generation of all-electric vehicles in the European market.

Key responsabilities:

- Build client relationships and monitor our team of data engineers, data consultants, data analysts, BI developers and project managers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and across the CX, e-Commerce, Marketing, CRM, Website, and IT departments on both agency and client side.
- Lead the product discovery and co-create smart’s data strategy and delivery roadmap of data products and implementation of use cases together with engineering and consulting teams.
- Support definition of tech infrastructure and architecture for the data platform and advise the prototyping and development of the first data products for the organisation.
- Help drive holistic growth for the account together with other expert leads, account managers and executive sponsors.
- Own team staffing (plan, onboard, guide), coordinate international staffing, control the budget for data projects end-to-end.
- Oversee the day-to-day requirements needed to achieve OKRs and help handle day-to-day escalations for each data workstream.

Creative and strategic lead in several end-to-end marketing and analytics projects for The Coca-Cola Company account.

Key responsibilities: 

- Develop a Consumer Data and CRM Strategy for the European OU and implement it in the communications planning of the top 5 portfolio brands.
- Provide clear guidance in the implementation a new CDP and develop a performance management framework to track and optimize CRM initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and work in close partnership with different agencies in the WPP and IPG networks. 
-Data-driven support in the launch of a new product in the German market and develop a data strategy for their first D2C e-commerce pilots in Europe.

Creative & Data Strategist

As an inspiring and sparring creative partner for the data intelligence and marketing teams and the clients, my key responsibilities were: 

-Develop substantiated and fascinating data, digital and media strategies, and data-driven briefings.
-Analyse and evaluate trends in the digital sphere, markets, technologies and (international) audiences - along with challenges, opportunities and potential activities that arise for the clients. 
- Prepare and co-conduct workshops with clients, bringing ideas to life through personas, customer journeys, insight frameworks or scenarios.
- Craft convincing and compelling documents; from research findings to pitch presentations and management reports packing insights, strategy and activation ideas with simplicity and clarity.

Junior Creative & Data Strategist

During my time as working student I designed communication and dashboard concepts to bring data-driven innovation across multinational companies in the Automotive, Telco, Retail and Apparel industries, among others. I also helped develop visual stories that enabled our clients understand global consumer trends and uncover business and innovation opportunities.

From conception to implementation, I worked closely with developers, consultants and data scientist to create client-centric dashboards that go beyond data visualisation and deliver forward-thinking insights that allow our clients take better decisions and create smarter strategies.

Don't Be Silent - Digital Initiative 

Creative lead in the conception, funding and implementation of Don't Be Silent, a digital initiative for strategic storytelling that counters hate-speech online. After winning the 2017 Facebook Global Digital Challenge, this project would later turn into a sustainable non-profit initiative.

Key responsibilities: 

- Develop brand and media strategy.
- Brief creative students in the design, content, marketing and PR teams. 
- Design proposal for funding - Pitch project to Facebook board and prominent leaders in extremism field.
- Build and sustain network of partners and future collaborators. 
- Initiative sustainability and business modeling.

In my internship at DZ Group, I supported the design studio and worked alongside senior designers in the development of knitwear seasons for well-known brands such as Marc Jacobs, Paul Fredrick, Vince, Banana Republic and Ann Taylor among others. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Creative Design: Create stitch layouts, CAD's, prepare presentation boards for line review meetings and sketching in collaboration with customer and targeted to brand image.  
Trend Forecasting: Conduct design research on new trends and create range plans for different seasons.
Technical Design: Support in the creation of detailed technical packages for new product lines.

Hi. I am Sebastian. I have comprehensive experience in Data Strategy, Data Intelligence and Data Product Management. Emphasis in consulting for global corporations and brands in using data to explore markets, generate ideas, solve problems and connect with consumers.
