- Led the design and implementation of a large-scale clustering system to group product offerings by using text data. The performance increased from 41% to 84% in F1-score compared to the existing system. Technologies used were Hugging Face Transformers, FAISS, TensorFlow, AWS SageMaker, PySpark and Airflow. 

- Responsible for designing and implementing a real-time clustering system using Convolutional Neural Networks on image data. Improved idealo’s clustering system by 8% in F1-score. 

- Developed automated inference and continuous re-training pipelines for machine learning models. 

- Contributed to the development of recommendation models for complementary products. 

- Implemented Encoder-Decoder based models to summarize product titles and descriptions by applying technologies such as PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, and Hugging Face Transformers. 

- Developed a product-type Prediction model that solves a multi-label/ multi-class problem with over 15.000 different labels. ML-models applied: MLP, LSTM, CNN, and Transformers. Technologies involved: Tensorflow, Sagemaker, S3, Kubernetes, Argo, and Optuna.
