Diary Of Our Heroes is an eight-episode online video show which portraits the life and work of four Dutch soldiers during their missions throughout the world. We follow their passion and see their struggles while fighting for peace in Somalia, Mali and while training in Arizona. Here I handled the social media strategy and online video distribution. With a community growth of over 150% within six weeks, the campaign has succeeded reaching thousands of new military enthusiasts and future employees.

A Million Faces is an Amsterdam-based casting agency and talent management, Providing casting services to TV networks, production companies, advertising agencies, MCN's, and the overall Dutch creative industry. We also represent many well known Dutch celebrities for doing their negotiations, PR and career path strategy.

► Here I represented over 30 Dutch celebrities and online influencers on their online platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and blogs. With my creative and productional support, I executed dozens of inbound and outbound deals for these platforms with a significant revenue for both the talent as the hiring company.
► To the side I developed online video formats to sell our talents and closed deals for
traditional media such as film, television, print and merchandising.

► Here I coordinated multi platform storytelling projects from development to execution. These immersive projects include elements of television, film, web-content, smartphone apps, web-apps, interactive videos, social media and live events. With my specialization of project management and creative follow-up production, we produced national campaigns to generate proceeds for NGO’s and to engage with generations Y and Z. Most projects have been initiated by us in collaboration with either feature film companies or traditional television broadcasters.
► To the side I was responsible for all operations at the office; budget control, planning, people management and account management were are few of my day-to-day tasks.
