• Develop & scale prospecting and sales processes across the EMEA team qualifying high potential brands & agencies based on multiple KPIs.

• Onboard & partner with selected high potential brands & agencies to create their first successful projects on TikTok.

• Partner with strategic partnership teams in order to be present and set-up lead generating on- and offline events.

IMPACT:
• Prospected & onboarded more than 50 advertisers for a combined ARR of 7+ figures.
• Average revenue target attainment of 180% over 12 months.
• Initiated, designed & led a monthly sales improvement project touching 100+ sales people covering EMEA. Leading to an increase in monthly revenue of 6 figures.
