My role in the company is to manage the unit of 2 architects to determine the interior and exterior materials of the worldwide projects. My main responsibilities are:

• Selection of appropriate materials in the process of architectural design for world wide projects. 
• Documentation and preparation of architectural project manuals with proficiency english language.
• Preparation of technical specification documents and tender packages of all ongoing projects for wide range of materials that has been included in the project packages including rough construction materials, roofs, exterior and facade systems, finishes, interior wetcores, accessories, furnitures and transportation elements.
• Selection and preparation of material boards for all type of projects including proposal projects, competition projects, design development, tender and construction projects.
• Communication with local and foreign suppliers
• Development and update of processes that support the internal design teams.
• Management of materials and updating material database.

My role in Multi Turkey team was to support asset department on concept development, renovation and technical projects including,
• Budgeting, following-up and reporting of 2017 Cap ex program (€ 20mio budget for 10 assets), 2016 Cap ex project (€ 27mio budget for 11 assets) and 2015 Cap ex project (€ 8mio internal budget for 11 assets)
• Preparing Cap ex investment quarterly reports & business plan submissions to top management.
• Owning budget approval process of related projects.
• Managing the (1) new retail law compatibility, (2) accessibility and (3) foodcourt renewal projects: To align all portfolio with the government obligations. To manage requirements from stakeholders for the design process, to determine design and quality standarts, to support procurement, to maintain project management and to deliver/to participate in project engagement meetings with mall management and 3rd parties.
• Forecasting, monitoring and facilitating of design department’s budget requirements.
• Owning and managing project coordination meeting for internal communication of ongoing development and fit-out projects.
• Following-up design and material selections for new installations.
• Managing insurance process and claim follow-up.

- Resposible for the coordination, implementation, control and completion processes of conceptual renovation packages such as double floor cinemas, foodcourt area, dancing water fall, flooring, entrance halls, handrails and ceilings, external stairs and landscaping, external facade, monumental steel structures, customer toilets, etc.
- Preparing shop drawings upon the conceptual darwings which was delivered from a well known Canadian designer Geoff Morrison’s office ‘Concept i design’.
- Doing research of materials used in concept packages and finding equivalents in Turkey. Controlling measurements of conceptual drawings.
- Designing, drawing and preparing proposal documents for facility and staff areas renovation projects such as the new mall management office, customer rest areas, ATM areas, parking - vale parking areas.
- Providing samples and coordinating mock-ups for approval process.
- Preparing tender documents.
- Responsible of following up, time management and planning of night execution programme.
- Superposition of SEM projects with architectural shop drawings.
- Preparing as-built drawings.
