My motto is "Please help me to help you". I train, coach, and mentor executives, COOs, HOD, Project Leaders and Project Drivers in deploying Lean Six Sigma. I also teach and train about management and leadership. I work closely with the HR department of PRAN-RFL Group and organise Training for Trainers (TOT) during Summer. In the past 8 years, I have introduced 200 Management, Leadership, Soft Skills, Sales, Customer Service, and Lean Six Sigma Training and Development Modules for my organisation. These training programs focus on skills and knowledge enhancement, prepare managers and leaders to expand and understand their responsibilities, and develop a broader perspective to lead at all levels efficiently and effectively. Moreover, these programs help in the personal and professional development of employees at every level of their career. It also creates a strategic mindset that motivates employees to confidently walk on the golden path to reach from Planning and Development to Execution and Implementation. This is done not only at the executive level, but all levels of the organisation. Eventually, this help individuals as well as our organisation to remain goal-oriented, highly focused, motivated to achieve their individual, functional and strategic organizational goals. There are 500 short articles, write ups, life tips, and step by step guide to navigate through life. These articles will also help one to discover one’s purpose and passion.
