For over 20+ years, I’ve been at the forefront of technology leadership and change management, driving innovation and delivering measurable results in the Banking sector. I am playing the role of an Executive Director in the Treasury Liquidity and IRRBB Technology space at Standard Chartered Bank. I’ve always believed that change is a catalyst for growth. By leveraging diverse methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean, and through leading global teams. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to coach and mentor over 100 professionals from diverse backgrounds, empowering them to excel both personally and professionally. Above all, I’m a proud mom of three amazing teenagers. I embrace each day with the curiosity and excitement of an explorer. To me, life is an adventure—it's truly what YOU make of it! ➤ A few milestones I’m proud of ↳ In the midst of transforming 37 hives (teams) across 10 different domains into Ways of Working, bringing Build and Maintain expertise together to deliver various products. We are almost there! ↳ Implemented diverse methodologies across global teams, resulting in 3 consecutive GEM and Spot Awards. ↳ Founded and led the CIO Scrum Master Community of Practice, accelerating project completion rates by 25% and improving efficiency by 15%. ↳ Led cross-functional complex programs and projects that reduced operational costs by an astounding $42M. ➤ What I do today I design and implement strategic technology systems, focusing on Treasury Liquidity and IRRBB for Standard Chartered Bank.
