1. Starting September 2004, as an Oracle PL/SQL , Oracle Applications Forms and Reports, Unix Shell scripts developer worked on various implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects. Owing to quick learning capability, dependability, expert analysis skills and ability to obtain creative solutions, almost always pulled into major challenging situations to stabilize the same and gain trust of stakeholders 2. From 2007-2009, As part of Oracle's Functional Service Desk, built various reports using complex sql queries for customers, did feasibility study of incorporating custom components in base Oracle, did POC on new Oracle products 3. From 2009 - 2014, took on customer support for a challenging customer, being the torch bearer trying to understand their black box like systems, building processes and knowledge base around them, empowering a 12 member team onsite and offshore and building great trust with customer, also worked on complex requirements and developed solutions using PL/SQL. Joined them back as Implementation Team lead now after 10 years. 4. From 2014 - Sep 2024, at Manhattan Associates, adorned various roles including - a. Customer Support Expert b. Project Manager and Design Lead that delight customers with innovative solutions c. Operations Advisor and Data Engineer using data to identify issues in Customer Operations and providing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity of warehouse employees d. A friendly mentor who has been and continue to empower lot of junior team members both on "software" skills as well as "soft" skills e. Health and Wellness Ambassador for customer support team, Contributed to company newsletters, actively participated in company culture related sessions f. R&D Product Expert/Market Analyst instrumental in designing key components of Warehouse Management when the company moved the product to Cloud (GCP) incorporating new features that were never there previously g. Evergreen Self-Learner who learnt Python, Pandas for Data Engineering, Supervised/Unsupervised machine learning models using Sci kit Learn, experimented and learnt GCP Data Engineering tools, completing Professional Data Engineer Certification h. Strategic Thinker who suggested and demonstrated ML Ops POC to quickly productionize a data pipeline with machine learning models from rich data available using GCP tools like Cloud Data Fusion, Big Query, Auto ML/Vertex AI, to become competitive in market quickly.
