Stephen handles the documentation department of the Vehicle Unit of The Golden Jubilee Terminal along with his colleagues. In his role, he ensures various forms of documentation processes such as archiving, excel reconciliation, procurement of work supplies and report writing for the unit.

I was responsible for updating customer details and aided my colleagues in opening bank accounts for both individuals and corporate entities. 
	
• Opened 20+ accounts each month which resulted in an overall customer growth for 11 months total.
• Resolved client’s complaint in a timely manner reducing customer loss through problem resolution and listening.
• Trained 80% staff of a new branch in using banks software generating increased sales and desired output.
• Led a project team of 4 to complete a database update of 500+ clients resulting in overall customer satisfaction.
