TL;DR: I'm an award-winning builder unlocking non-technical levers - $, users, positioning, & influential stakeholders - to grow tech companies from 0 to 1. I'm told the way I show up on LinkedIn is the exact way I show up IRL! -------------------------------------------------------- I use my unique vantage point as a caregiver, parent, and non-stop builder to create new products and businesses focused on kids and families. I’ve been both types of entrepreneurs, bootstrapped and VC-backed; I’ve received industry awards for both. My sweet spot is refining 0 to 1 tech products and launching them to market, esp. in pediatrics, caregiving, and edtech. I care about the business of care because I'm a medical needs mom. My VC-backed startup. Sleuth (RIP), was poised to become a category disruptor: we proved that crowdsourced caregiver insights are accurate, created models from 62K health histories to answer other parents’ “is this normal?” concerns, and were a safety-minded consumer AI company with actual adoption. I help other pediatric and caregiving innovators refine their product and go-to-market so that product-market fit can become a reality. My product sense, marketing execution, quick & early sales wins, and strategic communication skills make me pretty good at this. 2. I change narratives in the ecosystems in which I play. This looks like producing content & community on topics that need shaking up, like AI, stereotypes in the startup world, & the invisibility of care. Narrative-shifts are the precursor to change. And it’s why I *love* working with people on their thought leadership and with innovative founders on their product/fundraising positioning. 3. I’m on a life design mission to define what I want and how I want to show up, esp. after my child's illness. My internal compass points towards liberation, equity, and family/community.
