-Owned $XM P&L across two product lines and 30 FTEs
-Successfully transitioned product to NewCo; interfaced with buyers to determine long-term vision, product roadmap, and areas of investment.

-Developed and executed our go to market strategy including channel development, pipeline and pricing, messaging, marketing, and sales enablement (e.g., telling the story)
-Built and launched a bootstrapped marketing strategy including automation flows, landing pages,  collateral development, and buyer persona construction. 
-Worked closely with sales teams to build and refine customer-facing messaging for product demos and trade show presentations
-Built $35M pipeline within 3 months of product launch

Product
-Partnered with engineering to develop and evolve the roadmap for both retail and medical products
-Identified the need for a new product target an under served market; conducted research (primary and secondary), case development, and presentations for the new product
-Successfully launched after a 12 month development timeline to beta users followed by full scale launch 3 months later
-Leveraged user data to identify new cross-sell and upsell opportunities for customer success teams including but not limited to data storage, routing/mapping, time tracking and integrations

Additionally, I managed, retained, and strengthened, Mobitor's user base. Over this time, our user base grew by 5x, while ARR grew by over 3x.

Led workstream development on key strategic projects for a variety of F500 customers. Given increased responsibility and interfaced directly with senior client contacts due to strong, above-average performance reviews.  

Selected project work:

M&A Orthopedics Diligence: Conducted diligence and assisted with diligence management for a major player in the orthopedics industry. Evaluated the potential target's business with respect to commercial viability, long term growth and potential risk. 

Healthcare Growth Strategy/Market Evaluation & Target Screening: Evaluated seven different sectors of the US Home Healthcare market to determine competitive landscape, payer mix, price and volume trends and future outlook. Evaluated  four major acquisition targets based on their capabilities, leadership, financial strength and growth potential.

Retail Market Entry Strategy: Evaluated different business models present in the ethnic food retail industry, conducted primary research to evaluate major players in the market and determine attractiveness.

Public Education Program Creation: Developed and launched a leadership development program designed for public school (K-12) principals. Also helped to develop the future-state strategy around partnerships, facilitators, program scalability and funding. 

Various market assessments and commercial diligence projects including but not limited to the automotive, hospitality, retail, mining and metals and public education space.

Consultant - Strategy & Operations

Responsible for supporting corporate strategy engagements with F500 clients across a broad variety of industries. Selected project experience includes:

Product Launch Operations: Supported the launch of an in-car Telematics system for a major automotive company. Assisted in the development of the dealer training strategy, material creation and review, marketing and communications strategy, mobile phone testing strategy, technology update strategy and integration with vehicle sales teams.

Digital Customer Experience: Evaluated and developed a strategy to bolster prospective member digital experience for a major health plan company. Conducted competitive and leading practice research, helped define key themes and initiatives, and developed 2 year road map. 

Vehicle Launch Strategy: Developed a competitive analysis and market entry strategy for the launch of a new midsize vehicle in the US. Leveraged primary and secondary research to determine key messaging elements, target market, and price point of the new vehicle.
