•	Create executive level presentations designed to show the client their ROI, Utilization, Claims Analysis, Patient Outcomes and Performance Guarantees.

This process aimed to decrease problems by 15% thus causing a reduction companywide in system and training helpdesk incidents created by clinical and corporate teammates.
•	Gathered requirements from application owners and created reports using MySQL, Excel and Crystal Reports.

•	Troubleshot and resolved clinical, software, desktop and peripheral application issues using Remedy ticketing system. Maintained 90% first call resolution goal 
•	Worked closely with other support groups to research, document and resolve issues that affected multiple end users. Identified areas for improvements which lead to increased consumer experience. 
•	Trained multiple new hires how to use DaVita’s clinical software.
