We work with Heads of HR, Talent and L&D to source great coaches, help match them to each specific assignment and advise on how to get the best outcome from their investment. Finding a coach today is harder than it has ever been - the market is flooded with coaches, coaching qualifications, coaching approaches and coaching providers all promising great things. We've been working in the coaching space for 20+ years and in that time have met hundreds of different coaches, taken many different coaching briefs and set up many tailored coaching programmes. With the help of clients, coach trainers, accrediting bodies and lots of other people, we've learned what makes a great coach, how to go about shortlisting a coach(s) for an assignment and how important it is to treat each individual coachee and assignment on it's own merits. We are lucky to have had the opportunity to build up a global network of great coaches, many of whom have very senior corporate backgrounds themselves. All different in their style, approach and personality, as well as their location and languages spoken. Many of our clients need help for a specific coach assignment, often a very senior one and although they already know a few coaches themselves, none of them are quite the right fit. Other clients struggle to have the time to manage their own cadre of independent coaches - it takes time to get to know the coaches and keep that knowledge current. Others need a bit of specialist support , whether that be a career coach, an impact and influencing skills expert or a team coach. The Coaching Solution is an organisation that allows us to work with the inspiring coaches that we know already and new coaches that we are yet to get to know. Having a strong social conscience is important and we are super proud to work with those coaches who choose to give back so generously to the communities they live in, as well as do our own little bit for the causes that are dear to our hearts.
