Designed the user experience and user interfaces included in IFS software solutions using a human-centered design approach. I used user research and data to make evidence-based decisions. I collaborated with product managers, product owners, engineers, and business analysts to solve complex problems.

Created wireframes, user flows, site maps and prototypes to show interaction and design. Designed, modified, and maintained websites and web application user interfaces. Provided innovative UX solutions, set standards and procedures across the organization. Worked with developers to create UI elements. Worked with internal and external stakeholders and clients to present ideas.

Designed engaging, user-centered websites. Designed information architecture starting with site maps based on SEO research, built interactive wireframes utilizing the Bootstrap framework, created user personas based on extensive research, and designed the UI of websites. Built custom themes in concrete5 CMS, which included custom styles and templates for every client. Worked with team to create custom digital and social marketing strategies for clients, and designed graphics and ads for social media campaigns. Worked directly with clients to present ideas, and train them on adding content/updating their website.

Senior UX Interaction Designer

Created visually appealing layouts for various magazines, while following each magazine’s brand standards. Art directed photo shoots for Bead Style magazine, and prepared props and jewelry for photo styling. Worked with internal customers on print and digital marketing campaigns.

Worked with editorial staff to create layouts for fourteen weekly community newspapers and specialty publications. Delegated work to make sure all publication deadlines were met. Trained new designers, and served as a resource. Co-managed the Creative Department.
