15 yrs experience in production environment; 5 yrs lean consultancy; 10 yrs in process development; 5 yrs in product development; 5 yrs managerial experience I started my professional career as a mechanical development engineer and then had the opportunity to gain experience in both management and process development at different company levels. Later on, I also worked as a practical instructor in lean engineering at BME. During my career of 5 years in management and 10 years of process development, I have gained thorough understanding on the specifics of manufacturing, production and office processes through several successful process development projects. In some of these projects, I also had the role of technical lead and coordinator, which serves as a firm basis for my current work as a developer, as I am familiar with the fundamental problems and opportunities in the operation of companies. My experience in complex corporate environments, my strategic thinking and operational delivery skills enable me to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organisational hierarchy. My goal is to help Hungarian SMEs achieve their business goals by creating a culture of process improvement. The key to my success is practicality and tailor-made solutions.
