My focus was the Sales growth of the company’s 3 core businesses: Internet access, hosting and web sites development. Hundreds of customers across a wide range of sectors. 

Main contribution to the business: Sales growth, new products development, business development (partnerships), operational and sales support efficiency, marketing.

My focus was to secure long-term local access contracts with the major Telecom Operators in the Belux. I also drove suppliers towards new products development in order to meet our end-customers’ requests. 

Main contribution to the business: EBITDA improvement, new products development, network optimisation, operational efficiency.

Carrier Relations Manager

My focus was to secure local access suppliers’ contracts for each the company’s network points of presence. My geographical responsibility was the Nordics, Ireland, London and France. 

Main contribution to the business: EBITDA improvement by supporting sales and driving network costs down.

Access Development Manager

In the Corporate Sales division, I was assigned a portfolio of customers in the transportation sector. My biggest customer in terms or annual revenues was our national railway company. 

Main contribution to the business: Sales growth, team spirit growth, beta tester in the ISO 9001 certification process.

I started as a project engineer in the natural gas Industry after a 6-month training at Electrabel. After 2.5 years as an expatriate in Bangkok, I worked on commercial opportunities in South-East Asian countries (Vietnam, Singapore) for the other company’s lines of businesses (manufacturing, chemical, metallurgy, etc. )

Main contribution to the business: strong technical support to major natural gas projects in Brussels and abroad. Commercial development of large international projects.

Reserve officer in the Battalion of the 1st Chasseur Ardennais (Marche-en-Famenne). The battalion's motto is "Exemplo" (lead by example). 

Leading a platoon of 32, I learned a lot about building teams, communication, and embracing the suck. The mission, the platoon, then myself. In that order.
