Designed and managed the design system and worked on redesigning the whole platform for a new launch. Helped implementing the redesigned platform with the development team and helped them create the best possible product for their target audience.

Freelancing on some projects that require a strong design lead. Creating wireframes, design systems, branding, websites, applications, and focusing on business impact. Involved in all stages of the product development from initial problem framing and wireframes to final designs and development handoff. My job is to successfully interpret business and user goals and visualize them in products and websites to communicate successfully with their target audience. Creating information architecture, user journeys, and aligning with stakeholders. Consulting directly with their clients and researching their target audience and market.  Assessing and managing project scope. Delivering results that impact business goals and make clients happy.

UX/UI Designer

Responsible for product management. Implementing design thinking and a more agile process. Planning and constructing product features and validating them with users. Creating viability and feasibility studies for single feature sets and planning for future releases. Assessing priority and allocating resources for development. Creating low and high fidelity mockups and prototypes to accompany user flows and creating briefs for development. Planning sprints, quarterly roadmap, and overseeing work from developers. Managing client expectations and making sure key accounts are satisfied and our product complements their work processes. Working closely with everybody to create a better product.

Product Manager

Working directly with clients and helping them plan and design one of their IOT products as well as focusing on user research and interviews with internal projects for the company. Creating user flows and prototypes for a multitude of products and testing them thoroughly.

Digital product designer 

Loop Email

Started working at 4th office to help them develop a better email client. The application had some success but was not gaining relevant traction. The company decided to pivot once again to a more b2b oriented solution and i started getting more involved in product design and development of the new application. The new application is called Loop. https://www.intheloop.io/

My job was to define a scope and then explore possible user flows and prepare possible solutions. I worked on user experience and interface design, preparing everything from initial wireframes and in the end designed the functions of the app. I worked closely with marketing, design team, developers and leadership to implement the best possible solutions for the user. Also worked directly on the new brand and helped develop a visual style guide for the website and brand as a whole that would better visualize the story we were trying to tell to our users.

At the time i was there we developed a new product and brand that is gaining more and more traction every day. We worked directly with more than 10 global enterprise companies to test the app and were analyzing their feedback to improve the product.

User Experience Specialist

I joined the company when it was still very small. In the time i was there we grew from 3 to 10 full time employees and 5 outsourced people that we regularly worked with. 

My job was to help determine a projects worth and align with sales and development about potential problems with the project. After that i worked directly with clients to understand their needs and prepare a digital solution that would help their business goals. Constructing wireframes, user journeys, information architecture, moodboards and design research, personas and final designs, leading meetings with clients and similar work. I also mentored junior designers and organized weekly sprints for the design team and then closely collaborated with development to prioritize stuff so we could have a better workflow efficiency. 

We specialized in performance marketing and conversion optimized digital products and worked with the biggest Slovenian companies.
