This was my first experience in Lviv. 25 year old, I decided to separate from my parents and start a completely independent life. I was lucky to get to enthusiastic team, which practiced lots of fancy things, among which was SCRUM. It was a completely new thing for me, but, thanks to Olena Pavlenko, it was the most perfect framework’s application I have ever seen. We always closed our sprints without having a single item left (well, the cost we paid was tech debt in a form of new bugs in our backlog, but still).

More than 15 years of software development experience. Got strong skills in application development, using .NET and Borland Delphi, being also familiar with C/C++, Java and VB. Expertise in leading of both development and cross-functional teams as a tech leader and Scrum master, including work planning, requirements clarification and architecture design in full life cycle of software from the scratch and for support of legacy applications.
