As an expert in specialized continuous improvement methodologies and lean six-sigma tools, I have successfully implemented Kaizen, APQP, supplier management systems, and advanced quality management methodologies across three different organizations, driving productivity gains of over 1 million USD. I have had the opportunity to audit and develop more than 100 companies on three continents (Europe, America, and Africa), so I have a wide knowledge of different industrial processes and could also develop strong expertise using state-of-the-art supplier management techniques.
