Mr. Mendes is a highly experienced and self-motivated global real estate executive operating throughout Americas, currently working out of United States, New York with over 20 years of experience in SOAM and USA; including account management, project management, design & build management, and construction management for international and Brazilian clients. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Sergio was a Senior Project Manager of JLL's Project and Development Services Americas practice. Sergio worked seven years at JLL between USA and Brazil. While working with JLL in the New York market, Sergio spent 3.0 years (2007-2009) working as part of a team on the $550M transformation of the Empire State Building. The lessons learned while managing complex projects in the Americas on developed and sub-developed countries put Sergio in a unique position to assist global clients in all of their real estate advisory needs.
