Zwarte tijden? Of een stille verschuiving waar niemand het over heeft?

De afgelopen maanden zien wij iets opvallends gebeuren in de arbeidsmarkt, niet alleen bij ons, maar bevestigd door berichtgeving in Nederland en zelfs internationaal.

Minder vacatures. Minder beweging op de arbeidsmarkt. Minder Screening.. Meer ontslagen..

Maar… niet overal.

Sectoren zoals higtech, defense, security, healthcare en energie blijven gewoon doorgroeien. Soms zelfs méér dan ooit.

Tegelijkertijd zien we in de andere sectoren juist een STOP ⛔ of een HOLD  :

In Nederland: nu; ABN AMRO, ING, Thuisbezorgd, ASN.
Internationaal: Techbedrijven uit San Francisco, New York en London
zijn bezig met enorme efficiency-slagen, reorganisaties en-/of bezuinigingen. 

En dat zie je direct terug in de cijfers, werklozen, etc. 

De wereld verandert veel sneller dan de meesten van ons kunnen bijbenen of bedenken. 

Sommige organisaties versnellen, anderen vertragen. Maar niemand blijft hetzelfde: welcome to the world of #AI


En dan blijft één vraag over: 
De wereld verandert… Verander jij mee?

Crazy how fast this grew.
