Greetings, I am Serly Adjemian, a Compliance Supervisor in the Crypto Industry. With a Baccalaureate degree in Sociology and Economics from AGBU Lebanon and a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from the Lebanese International University, I have a diverse educational background that has equipped me with a broad range of skills and knowledge. My career started in the retail industry, where I worked as a Sales Representative, Store Cashier, and E-Commerce System Administrator for approximately 4.5 years in one of the most reputable companies in Lebanon. In these roles, I gained valuable experience in customer service, sales, and administration, which has proven to be beneficial in my current role. After relocating to Armenia, I joined an international company in the crypto industry as a Compliance Supervisor. In this role, I have been responsible for ensuring that the company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including AML/KYC, OFAC, and FINCEN guidelines. With 2 years of experience in the industry, I have a deep understanding of the unique regulatory challenges that come with working in the cryptocurrency space. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to professional development and staying up to date with the latest compliance trends as well as developed a reputation as a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player.
