-Using SQL to extract data from various databases and data warehouses.
-Cleaning and transforming raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis using SQL and Python.
-Utilizing ACL to perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity.

Data Analysis and Visualization:
-Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis using Excel and Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
-Creating interactive and insightful visualisations using Power BI to communicate key findings and trends effectively.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
-Developing and maintaining SQL queries and scripts to monitor database performance and optimize query execution.
-Using ACL to identify inefficiencies and anomalies in data processes and recommend improvements.
-Leveraging Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics in real-time.

Report Generation and Documentation:
-Generating automated reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide stakeholders with timely insights and updates.
-Documenting data analysis methodologies, findings, and recommendations for internal and external reporting purposes.
-Ensuring compliance with data governance policies and regulations by documenting data lineage and metadata.

Data Analyst (Assistant Revenue Officer)

Electoral Commission of Ghana

-Responsible for the management of the Polling Station.
-Statutory duty for the proper conduct and proceedings within the Polling Station.
-Comply with all instructions ensuring the integrity and secrecy of the ballot.
-Ensuring that voter identification is asked for and checked before ballot papers are issued.
-Collect ballot box/materials prior to election, ensuring you have everything
required.
-Set up, organise and supervise the running of the Polling Station.
-Responsible for the opening and closing of the Polling Station.
-Responsible for issuing ballot papers and ensuring that the official mark is on all papers and that all issued papers are deposited into the ballot box for counting.
-Complete all statutory paperwork before the close of poll.
-Deliver the ballot boxes and packets to the required location at the close of
poll.
-Deal with electors, candidates, agents and members of the public in a helpful,
polite and professional manner.

Presiding Officer

Training Delivery:
-Address technical challenges that extend beyond the scope of field technicians stationed at the polling stations.
-Train field technicians to effectively deliver at their polling stations.
-Teach field technicians how to communicate complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner for assistance.

Technical Skills Development:
-Provide comprehensive training to technicians on the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the biometric verification device used during voter registration, voting, and tabulation processes.
-Equip technicians with the technical knowledge and skills required to set up and configure electoral systems, verify data accuracy.

National Identification Authority

-Assisting the District Registration Officer (DRO) to set up, manage queues, maintain and close a registration centre at the end of a registration day.
-Ensuring that registration materials and equipment are kept in safe custody after the day’s work
-Assisting the DRO to educate applicants on registration requirements in order to facilitate fast and accurate data recording
-Interviewing applicants and recording accurate personal information of applicants onto the Registration Application Form by following data collection principles and best practices
-Providing general customer service support for the District Office
-Preparing and submitting daily reports on registrations to the DRO
-Assisting the District Registration Officer (DRO) to account for all equipment, logistics, forms and materials used on a weekly basis
-Performing other duties that may from time to time be assigned by the Executive Secretary or his representative

Designing Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks:
-Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks, including key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and data collection methodologies, aligned with program objectives and goals.
-Design data collection tools, surveys, and monitoring templates to systematically track progress, collect relevant data, and measure program impact.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that monitoring and evaluation frameworks are comprehensive, feasible, and responsive to program needs and objectives.

Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting:
-Coordinate data collection activities, including baseline surveys to capture program outputs, outcomes, and impacts.
-Analyse quantitative and qualitative data using Excel to derive insights, trends and lessons learned.
-Prepare regular monitoring reports, evaluation findings, and impact assessments to inform program management, stakeholders, and decision-makers about progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
