Things to know before we work together: I love hiking and recently reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro with my son. I am passionate about improving the lives of others by sharing knowledge. I was born in New York, yet somehow I won a rodeo competition in Virgina. I have a two children, a pup named Cooper, and I toggle between Fort Lauderdale, FL and Raleigh, NC. I am a 2x founder (1x exit), key note speaker, entrepreneur, and investor. I hate pop-corn. Now a little background into my experience and passion for sales (you probably don't care if I like popcorn or not). At the ripe age of 9, I was swiping mangos from my neighbors' trees and selling them to a local supermarket. This gave me my first sweet taste of sales! I have spend my career in sales as an individual contributor, a W-2 employee, 1099 contractor, director, VP and heck, I even boot-strapped a company and sold it 10 years later! I have closed multi-million dollar deals and a million hundred dollar deals. I have been a sales leader at a Fortune 500 company, responsible for generating team revenue north of $43 million per year and exceeded budget nearly every year. Throughout my career I saw many people fail in sales. Some were in the wrong seat and some didn't have the desire to learn or work hard. But most sales folks failed because they didn't have the right skills, confidence, mindset, proper onboarding, and the ongoing role-playing and coaching that sales require. To make an impact and help like-minded sales people who are hungry to learn, eager to earn, and look forward to the rewarding and exciting life of sales, I founded Hike Your Sales LLC. A community where sales people and teams come to gain the skills, confidence and mindset to succeed in ways not possible going at it alone. And sales today can be lonely! Not anymore.
