I felt an intense desire to make the world a better place. But my inner conflict only allowed my anger to come out into the world, and none of the work I actually wanted to do. Finally, one day, a friend of mine turned around and said to me - “Seven, if you can’t help yourself, how are you ever going to help anyone else?” And that hit me. I started to interrogate - through growth, more loss, and personal interest - what it meant to me to be wise. What it meant to have a strong spirit. What it meant to have values - principles. What it meant to have balance. I’ve learned a lot more about who I am, and ultimately what it means to be. That’s when my journey pivoted. I got involved as a first employee, then a co-founder, of a business that delivered projects for some of the biggest companies in the world (the likes of Nike and Facebook tend to capture people’s attention the most). After a few years of this, and a couple of failed start-ups, I transitioned into the Start-up Ecosystem to support other founders and help start-ups succeed through programmes, events, coaching, and consulting, eventually delivering an award-winning accelerator and getting trained in NLP as a coach. I’m now a Tedx speaker, writer, host, and educator passionate about helping people unlock clarity, confidence, and purpose. With experience spanning 4 start-ups, building 3 communities ranging from 1-6k, and working with global brands like Nike and Facebook, I bridge the practical, psychological, and philosophical to guide high performers toward lasting fulfilment. I’m the host of the Lost and Searching Podcast and work to energise leaders by overhauling their professional presence on 3 levels: social (communication), emotional (states and mindsets) and spiritual (connection to others and intuition). I don’t want anyone to feel left behind like I once did. Instead, I want everyone to feel energised and alive. My dedication is to ensuring you’re as empowered, and as effective in life, as possible.
