As Semi senior project manager, I was in charge with my work team in different projects:
- Volkswagen MQ281 Retooling project (Gleason-Pfauter machines)
- Volkswagen MQ281 Installation of new machines (Gleason-Pfauter machines)
- CONAE (National Commission for Space Activities) (Okuma multus with laser trumpf, LMD, laser deposition)
In the aforementioned projects, the aim was to offer a service that was as personal and participatory as possible. Not only do we get involved technically and commercially, but also in the most human way possible, attending to all doubts, problems and possible solutions.

Semi Senior Project Manager

As an Industrial Analyst, I held different positions: 
- Junior project manager: monitoring and reporting daily and weekly, the progress in the new expansion project of new filling lines. Coordinating meetings with the personnel involved from all areas. 
- Logistics Engineer: I participated in the design, negotiation, purchase and monitoring of the construction of the input, intermediate product and finished product warehouse. 
- Process engineer: analyzing the record of effluents from the processing sectors and implementing continuous improvement tools for said stage. 
- Continuous improvement: development of work instructions for fine-tuning the machines involved in the production process (fillers, labelers, washers, etc.). From these, one-point lessons (LUP, OPL) were worked on in order to facilitate fine-tuning, opening the way to the SMED technique. Among others, it is worth mentioning time study and work method.
