Account Manager

Working with a defined Book of Accounts (BOA) in the Automotive industry including OEM & Tier1/2 suppliers.

Account Manager | Automotive

Customer facing role, responsible for customer success and driving revenue within a defined territory in the south west of France.

Working with a wide variety of customers and industries (Aerospace, Semi-conductors, Medical, OEMS & others). 

Collaborating with customers to qualify their needs through technical and business acumen.

Supporting customers, providing system level solutions and advice on how NI can help impact their business and technical challenges.

Successfully engaged newer Accounts for NI France in the semi-conductor industry through prospection.

Field Sales Engineer

As a Sales Development Engineer I support engineers and scientists from the office to help them choose the right NI platform to meet their requirements. The process involves working closely with the Field Engineers to develop accounts and sales opportunities in UK & Ireland, including identifying opportunities for NI to add value to a customers' application. 

I also took responsibilities on providing training and mentoring to newly Sales Development Engineers coming into the departments.

Carried on delivering Customer Education Courses and Hands on sessions at events. I was part of the Hands-On Captain at NIDays 2015 where I successfully led the LabVIEW and CompactDAQ sessions.

Sales Development Engineer

Providing technical support to ensure customers are successful with their applications using National Instruments Hardware and Software.

This includes coding examples, hardware configuration, testing and developing PoCs.

Teaching Customer Education Courses both in the office and at customer's site.

- LabVIEW Core 1, 2
- LabVIEW Data Acquisition and Signal Conditioning
- Embedded Control and Monitoring Using LabVIEW (FPGA)
