Acting as the interim Global Head of Experience for Bpme and MeinAral in 8 countries, supporting a cast of over 30 UX Designers, Service Designers, UX Researchers, Visual Designers and Product Designers in developing features and experiences at both the local market and global level.

As a facilitator and custodian of User Experience, my role is to help businesses ask the correct questions to gather answers they require to make informed decisions, sometimes about a feature or requirement they hadn't considered, that will both support the users need and their own.

Combining user research, design and workshop facilitation techniques, my role within a project team is to not just simply 'design' the experience, but help all members of the team to learn about the intended user(s) both internal and external and the reason behind why we make such decisions. A collaborated effort shares the burden and helps the team make informed decisions that benefit both the business and its user's.

Main responsibilities include user research, user testing, usability testing, design and workshop facilitation, interaction design, experience design (mobile, desktop, usability and accessibility), writing acceptance criteria, playback to clients including show and tell demonstrations to senior stakeholders, mentoring internal staff including user researchers and UX designers.

reach millions of new customers with richly interactive touch screen and 
tablet ready content and apps that improves key web site metrics like 
conversion, aov and margin, while protecting the brand. 

Amplience content can be edited by non-technical content managers,

User Experience Business Analyst

Working as part of the customer interactions team to develop and maintain applications to support customer services. Working within an agile team using scrum while applying UX methodologies to deliver systems that were useable and useful to the internal customer teams and their technology limitations. 

Building web applications working with Apache and Linux, including languages like PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, XML, CSS and XHTML. Requirements analysis, technical design and technical writing using defined tools, templates and standards to realise properly engineered systems.
