My goal is to use my education and experience in the nonprofit and business sector (drawn from Africa, Asia and USA) to help change how institutions around the world innovatively use data-driven decision making frameworks to improve their systems, manage resources and make sustainable impact. My strength include: - 6 yrs experience initiating and delivering peacebuilding programs targeting youth and women in conflict zones with a keen focus on tribal equity issues. -Extensive knowledge working with disenfranchised families. -Conducting organization systems analysis and presenting strategic recommendations for improvement. -Able to leverage diverse technology tools like Ms. Excel, Power BI, FileMaker and Tableau for data visualization and analysis. -Developing databases for clients using FileMaker database software to streamline record management and automate data systems that reduce printing needs, eliminate record duplication, cut down information processing time, material costs and improve information security and internal relations. -Analyzing nonprofit financial background, researching grant opportunities, developing grant proposals and updating application processes while maintaining relationship with funders. -Experience in budget oversight roles, tracking grant expenses and programmatic assessment. -Generating new strategic partnership opportunities through community networking events.
