Responsible for the effective transfer of knowledge to new & existing Banking Advisor Interns through onboarding, supporting & delivering formalized national training programs

Accountable for creating a positive client experience utlizing with the principles of adult learning to training branch managers, investment retirement planners and banking advisors

Assist the RBC learning community on unscheduled special projects within Training Management Department to ensure simpler, faster and better training programs and maintain process efficiencies

•Coach my team on client advice and education, problem resolution and prevention at first point of contact, and advocate for digital enablement and multichannel usage
