I believe in using an inclusive and enabling approach to build powerful, diverse teams and drive change.   Today, while I am one of the most senior Emirati female bankers, I constantly evolve to become a better version of myself. I have 28 years of diverse experience in propelling business growth, achieving success and exploring “future proof” strategies. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Clean Energy Business Council MENA. In recent years, I have done my best to use my experience and voice to catalyze diversity, inclusion and sustainable business practices. I was humbled and grateful to be named one of the "Middle East's Most Inspirational Women in Leadership" by the House of Rose Professionals’ Break the ceiling touch the sky® 2022 & 2023 lists and valued as the "Most Impactful Woman Leader of the Middle East" in 2022 at the ME Women Leaders’ Summit.   I am conscious of our responsibility to pave the way for incoming talent. So, I continue to share my journey as a mentor and conscious role model to our youth. Ongoing learning is a must for me and I have served on the Board of Directors for Emirates Institute for Banking and Finance for five years. I am fluent in Arabic and English, highly proficient in French, and enjoy a keen interest in fashion and art.   My day begins with gratitude and a promise to be true to who I am.
