I'm a multi-skilled freelance Professional Consultant offering a wide range of services to support people and organisations grow, innovate and improve their impact, outcomes and messages. In particular I bring expertise from a long front line and senior level career working with chidren, young people, family and communities within the public and third sectors. Currently working with multiple Inner City Local Authorities to help them review and reorganise their Children and Youth Services as well as numerous charities. Some of my recent successes involve creating a ground breaking Community focused Early Help model for Lambeth as well developing the 'Lambeth Made' partnership brand and learning and employment offer for young people. A post Ofsted 'leadership programme' for Newham Children's Services and now a root and branch review of Islington Council's youth offer through stakeholder engagement and recommendations. Previously I have worked creatively to set up Westminster City Councils Early Help Services. I have founded and am growing disruptive tech start up Storemates, and regularly provide consulting, facilitation, team building, conference hosting and training to organisations going through significant change. I also offer a wide range of communication services such as film production, design and marketing films through my partnership with Potential Productions. (which I co-founded) Previously I have worked globally and across a wide range of sectors including statutory, NGOs, Social Enterprises and Private trail blazing organisations. I have co-ordinated an international charity (ICYE-UK), provided training and consultancy in 15 countries (Potential Training and Consultancy), managed teams of multi-agency professionals as part of an 'Outstanding'​ Children Services team in Central London, (Westminster City Council & Connexions) Co-produced 22 films about social issues, (Potential Productions) developed countless projects that have helped families live better lives and have founded a successful disruptive Internet Start up - now one of the leading lights of the Sharing Economy.
