Alert people🚨

→ He wasn’t on my connection list
→ I didn’t pitch any of my services to him
→ He hasn’t seen my past work/testimonials


But he has VIEWED my LinkedIn profile.


He directly DM’ed saying he came across my post on ‘LinkedIn Engagement’ on his feed.


Now, it didn’t magically appear on his feed🙌🏻
One of his connections has commented on my post and he has seen it. 


I replied to his DM and we got on a zoom call the next day. 


He said he liked my writing style. He was looking for a someone to help him with the content part of revamping his website.

Let’s be real! It’s true that we 

→ are not micro managed 
→ have flexible working hours
→ don’t need to travel to our office


Now what’s the other side of working from home then?


Growth.
We are solely responsible for our growth!


Because we don’t have the opportunity to interact with our seniors in real time and ask them for guidance while we are stuck


Instead, we got to learn it on our own


Nobody cares if you continue to be that junior content writer who joined the company two years ago


If you don’t upskill and learn new things, you’ll be in the same position!


Now, have you thought what you can do?


Here’s the catch!

The best way to keep growing while working from home is, make good friends in your company and in your social media who are from the same niche.


You can discuss with them and they can help you figure out the complication you are going through if they faced something similar


Since I’ve been working from home, I face a lot of challenges in my growth and sustaining in my career in the long run.


But I’m well aware my growth can be lonely and I need to put that effort to level up.


So, I’ve made some amazing friends who are seniors to me at my work place and also I’ve LinkedIn friends who are very helpful.


The best about finding friends on LinkedIn is, they don’t want to grow alone🫶🏻


So I’m not alone in my journey, I’ve got amazing like minded people who also want to keep growing.

If you want high-ticket clients, here are few things you have to keep in mind while also creating content


1. Personalize your comments


→Dont be robotic in your comments like- Great post and fullstop. Instead, engage with the post genuinely


2. Keep your connections neat and organized


→Don't add everyone sending you connection requests. Instead, add creators from your niche and most importantly your ideal leads 


3. Start making friendly conversations with your ideal clients


→Don't pitch them directly in your very first message. This will make you sound salesy and also, you are canceling all chances of your ideal client viewing your content or even getting to know you better.


Posting content consistently is important but doing it alone won't bring you your dream high-ticket clients.
