Managing clients sometimes takes more of you than expected. 

There are days when my entire day goes into setting content calendars for clients.

Here are 5 things we do to ensure smooth postings for our clients: 

1. Brainstorm ideas and do one call every month to take their inputs 
2. Plan content in advance 
3. Create bulk content for clients who take time in approvals 
4. Maintain tracker to ensure transparency 
5. Communicate everything through chats or calls 

As a content agency, we work on ideas every day, and sometimes I don't really get time for my own content ideas. That's why I also plan my content in advance to avoid posting delays. I scroll through content before calling it a day and gather ideas for my content.

Scaling Personal Brands (40M+ Views Generated)

I recently ordered pants from सादा / SAADAA and loved the product, especially the card they included with the purchase. 

 When it comes to clothing, we generally trust the brands we have been using for a long time, but this time I thought of experimenting. 

Then, out of curiosity, I checked their Instagram handle, and I must say I was quite impressed.

Akshay Shivpuri - रहो सादा पहनो सादा and Mahesh Tekwani -  रहो  सादा  पहनो  सादा started सादा | SAADAA in 2020 and reached 5L customers. Their websites have a wide variety of female pants, kurtas, dresses, etc. The designs are minimal yet classy. 

Then I checked the LinkedIn profiles of Mahesh (Founder), Akshay (Co-Founder), and I think a strong LinkedIn presence can help them with branding of SAADAA. 

If I had to work on their LinkedIn profiles, I would follow these content pillars: 

 1. Brand behind-the-scenes stories 
2. Team stories
3. Brand success and achievements 
4. Failures and challenges faced 
4. Personal journey 

Make 6 to 8 posts per month on each profile and actively engage with their network to build a strong community. 

As a customer, my experience was overall good with the brand, and I would love to order again from them.

I once worked with a manager who made me doubt every decision I took.

It was during my fresher days. Initially, things were fine but slowly it started getting tough.

I was handed too much work (way beyond my profile) and the culture was not friendly at all.

The manager gave me a tough time and I started having self-doubts.

That experience taught me lessons I wouldn't have learned otherwise.

So when I started Brand Carving, I promised myself to create a friendly and open culture for the team.

Today I avoid these things with my team to make them feel comfortable:

- Micromanaging every little thing
- Making them feel guilty for mistakes
- Overloading them with work outside their scope
- Creating fear instead of trust

Because at the end of the day people don’t just work for companies. They work for cultures.

I don’t wake up at 5 AM to start my day early. I wake up at 8 and start work by 10:30. 

Founders all over the internet are discussing their routine of starting the day early and ticking off half of their to-do list before noon. 

For some, this might be productive, but I think otherwise. 

Honestly, I am not a morning person, so I don't feel like working very early. Rather, I prefer doing intense work in the first half of the day: 

- Creating strategies 
- Research new ideas 
- Preparing content 

All happens when I am at my most productive time of the day. 

My routine is set according to my preference, not according to any rulebook. 

Success is not guaranteed until you work hard to achieve it. The definition of hard work can vary for each of us. 

So don't fall for any trap that's trending. Rather follow what's comfortable for you. 

P.S. Are you a morning person or not?

In my early days of running Brand Carving, I made mistakes that cost me both time and energy.

I realized that without setting the right boundaries and processes, it’s easy for an agency to lose direction.

That’s why today, there are 3 things I never let my team do: 

1. Use ChatGPT for end-to-end scripting

AI is great for research. But when it comes to creating posts, it needs a personal touch. 
That unique tone makes your content authentic. 

2. Jump to ideas before strategy

Ideas are exciting, but without a roadmap, they don’t create impact.
We first create a clear strategy and then brainstorm content ideas. This ensures that every post aligns with the client’s goals.

3. Onboard clients without a process

A proper onboarding process is a must-have for any agency. It creates transparency, builds trust, and avoids confusion later.
Skipping this step can cost both the client and the agency.

→ Creativity needs a system.

And a system ensures consistency.

That’s how we make sure Brand Carving grows with both efficiency and trust.

What’s one thing you never compromise on while working with your team?

Hiring a full-time team was DIFFICULT than leaving my job.

Now it wasn’t just about me.

It was about someone trusting me with their career.
It was about taking responsibility for their growth.

In my early days, I worked with freelancers and interns. 
It felt safe and easy option. 

But the model was not scalable. 

Business without risk isn’t really a business.

Finally, I decided to hire my first full-time team member.

And that decision was one of the best decisions for my agency. It brought more: 

- Efficiency
- Creativity
- Productivity

A team doesn’t just execute your vision; they help you expand it.

👉 If you’re building something of your own, remember:
You don’t grow by doing everything alone.
You grow by building together.

Being a founder is NOT about just giving work to the team. 

It's about: 

→ Offering support during their mistakes
→ Understanding their problems 
→ Handling conflicts
→ Giving credit
→ Making them feel valued
→ Taking their inputs 

 Leadership = responsibility, not authority.
