After about a year of working part-time in Dr Tamin I suggested taking more responsibilities, it's been accepted by the company, and we changed the contract to full-time.
My responsibilities:

▪️ Making decisions about typography and color palettes of the brand, designing individual UI elements such as buttons, icons, and forms.

▪️ Creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate the look and feel of the UI before it’s developed.

▪️ Handing designs off to developers.

▪️ Developing and maintaining a UI style guide to ensure design consistency.

▪️ Working closely with digital marketing team.

▪️ Improving the existing design based on research data.

Manager of Design

During this phase, my focus was on CRO (conversion rate optimization).
Here is my process:

1 Research and data gathering: Creating questionnaire, Analyzing heatmaps and session recording of the users, Heuristic evaluation of the current design.

2 Define the problem: Affinity diagram, "How Might We" questions.

3 Ideation: Manage brainstorming sessions with team members, creating Personas based on the researches.

4 Creating hypotheses and prioritize them.

5 Conducting tests (mostly A/B/n test) based the hypotheses.

6 Conducting Post-Test Analysis.

UX Designer

Connexig is a startup with innovative solutions. I worked there from the beginning with some talented and young teammates. I was the only designer in the team and worked directly with the product owner. Working as a member of a team, using Agile methodology, was a great experience for me.
What I've done there as a product designer:

• Discussing the user interfaces design with the product owner based on the ideas he already had.

• Creating Animated prototypes to convey the design to the tech team and the product owner.

• Designing about 300 frames of a SaaS product from scratch.

• Participating in technical team meetings and being aware of all related decisions.

• Working closely with the frontend developer to ensure the implementation is flawless.

• Documenting and organizing all the design decisions in Confluence.

• Performing continues quality assurance tests and being responsible for the final implementation.

• Working closely with the AI engineer to being on the same page, so the design meet the goals.

Product Designer

vpon - ویپان

Vpon is a small company that provides electric service in place. Users could register their request through a detailed wizard. Then the system will calculate the cost of the service, and they can place an order if they wish.
They have a problem, and it was low conversation rate (CR). I started my job there to improve the CR.

What I've done there in brief:

• Analysing the whole website based on Heuristic Evaluation and UI patterns.

• Analysing the competitors.

• Creating hypotheses to improve the CR and prioritize them.

• Conducting A/B test to gain new insights.

• Designing the user interfaces whenever it needed.

Dokmeh Studio

Dokmeh studio is an award winning design and development agency. I've done various projects there. I needed to follow the design trends to keep the UI fancy, according to the agency guidelines.

My main responsibilities:

• Understanding the client's needs through a couple of meetings.

• Wireframing to demonstrate that structure of the design to the client and technical team.

• Designing innovative high fidelity user interfaces.

• Creating interactive prototypes for better handover to the technical team.

• Testing the implemented design to find bugs and ensuring the quality.

Mr Bilit is the first place I started a UX design position. At first, I was employed as an intern, soon I became a junior designer. Most of my knowledge was gained during that period. I've learned so much and have done different jobs there:
